Our "Keep It" Satisfaction GuaranteeTo provide the fastest resolution and reduce carbon footprint, we offer a unique return-free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you don't need to ship it back to us. Choose one of the following options:

• Option 1: 40% Refund (Keep the Item) - If the product is functional but not what you expected, keep the product and we will refund 40% of your total payment immediately.

• Option 2: 30% Refund (Gift it to a friend) - If you simply changed your mind, keep the item or gift it to someone. We will issue a 30% refund to your original payment method.

Note: Full refunds are only provided in cases of damaged or wrong items received (Photo/Video proof required). By opting for a partial refund, you save time on couriers and help us stay sustainable.
